ELOXAL
The aluminum taken out of the press is not usually used crudely. The profiles received from the press are exposed to the surface treatments in order to make them be seen decoratively, increase their erosion resistance, and gain resistance against the natural conditions and UV rays.
According to the orders, products at dull or bright quality on the various surface effects, from the light tan to brown colors and the black and natural (E6/EV1) colors and also yellow color at various yellow tints using the dipping method is obtained with the Ulusan products.
In our eloxal unit which is established in 4000 m² area, the materials at 7.5 m length, 0.7m diameter and 2.2m width materials can be made eloxal in the polysage and satinage machining room together with dismantling and hanging. Annually 10,000 ton material can be processes in our plant having total 5 units of eloxal baths - 3 of which is of 12000 ampere and 2 of which is 1500 ampere. |
