Surface treatment
The aluminum that comes out of the press is generally not used in raw form. The profiles coming out of the press are subjected to surface treatments to make them look decorative, increase their abrasion resistance, and gain resistance to natural conditions and UV rays.
In Ulusan products; Depending on the order, matte or glossy quality with different surface effects, from light bronze to brown tones, black and natural (E6/EV1) colors, and various shades of yellow are obtained by dipping method.
In our anodizing unit established on an area of 4000 m², materials with a length of 7.5 m, a diameter of 0.7 m and a width of 2.2 m can be anodized in the polishing and satining machine room, together with dismantling and hanging. In our facility, which has a total of 5 anodizing baths, 3 of which are 12000 amps and 2 of which are 1500 amperes, 10,000 tons of material can be processed annually.
